1. Data controller

2. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Personal data collected are processed to respond to the request. The provision of the data is necessary to give it to you. The legal basis for the processing is found in Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of Regulation2016/679/EU.
With the consent of the person concerned
- data may be processed for the purpose of sending commercial communications about services by email and to transmit the newsletter (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of Regulation 2016/679/EU).
- The data may be used to send communications for direct marketing purposes, such as newsletters, invitations to events, commercial information, related to the Group of which Joivy Invest S.r.l. is part, headed by DoveVivo S.p.A. (the "Joivy" Group), transmitted by e-mail, mail, text message and telephone.
Consent can be revoked at any time by writing to privacy@joivyinvest.com.
3. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data may be disclosed
Data are processed by employees and associates of Joivy Invest in accordance with their instructions.
The data may be disclosed to third parties to whom Joivy Invest entrusts the performance of certain activities who act as Data Processors(such as the company that provides IT services).
The data are processed by DoveVivo S.p.A. acting as the Data Processor.
4. Retention period
Personal data will be kept for the purpose of handling the request.
Data processed with the consent of the data subject are kept for five years after the last interaction/request by the data subject.
5. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and if so, he or she has the right to:
- obtain access to personal data, request rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her, or object to their processing;
- to receive in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format personal data concerning him or her and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller (data portability);
- Be informed of the existence of automated decision making, including profiling;
- if expressed, revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation;
- Propose complaints to the supervisory authority.
