1. Data controller

2. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Personal data are collected for the sole purpose of sending you the newsletter of the Group of which Joivy Invest S.r.l. is part, headed by DoveVivo S.p.A. (the "Joivy" Group). The provision of the data is necessary to give it to you. The legal basis for the processing is found in Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of Regulation 2016/679/EU.
3. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data may be disclosed
Data are processed by employees and associates of Joivy Invest in accordance with their instructions.
The data are communicated to Dovevivo S.p.A. to which Joivy Invest entrusts the performance of certain activities and which acts as Data Processor.
4. Retention period
Personal data will be retained for the purpose of sending the newsletter unless the data subject unsubscribes.
5. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and if so, he or she has the right to:
- obtain access to personal data, request rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her, or object to their processing;
- to receive in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format personal data concerning him or her and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller (data portability);
- Be informed of the existence of automated decision making, including profiling;
- if expressed, revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation;
- Propose complaints to the supervisory authority.
